In serving school districts so they may better serve students the ESC of Franklin County provides numerous services from classroom instruction, business and fiscal as well as specialized therapies. The ESCFC directly serves the Canal Winchester, Groveport-Madison, Hamilton and Plain (New Albany) local school districts. In accordance with our founding, one of the basic and most fundamental functions of the ESCFC is to assist with the administrative and service functions for these school districts. We take this mission very seriously. But the ESC of Franklin County is so much more. As a regional service center, we proudly serve many needs of 17 school districts throughout central Ohio and providing a valuable, cost-effective program to deploy services to students and schools in the highest quality means possible. Further, we are energized with the new responsibilities of serving as one of Ohio’s sixteen (16) Educational Regional Service Systems. The ESCFC has
made a mark as an exemplary, value engineered regional service agency
for the thousands of students of Metropolitan Columbus. I urge to
explore and learn about our agency as we fulfill the mission to
