Strategic Planning Facilitation

Customized strategic planning facilitation and support is available from trained consultants. The services include planning for delivery of the service (customized proposal), on-site meeting/training in strategic planning processes, support for the district leadership team through the development/editing/revision of goals selection and aligned action plans; and other support as determined by district leadership.

What We Offer/Performance Promises:

• Development of a proposal that addresses the district leadership’s needs.
• Provide on-site facilitation to a district leadership team in strategic planning training and facilitation (generally provided in a two-day session with mission, vision, beliefs/commitments, data analysis, and goal selection as target agenda items).
• Provide direct and indirect support through assistance to the district leadership and/or individual teams working on goal development and action plans (generally an on-site one-day session in action team writing with additional indirect time included for review/feedback loops on drafts developed).
• Support to leadership team to ensure that a quality strategic plan is completed within the timelines outlined within the proposal.
• Follow-up support/facilitation as requested by district leadership.
• Attendance at School Board meetings as requested to provide information regarding strategic planning process.
