Quality Process Training/Program Support

This service is available to those districts that have embedded Baldrige Quality Systems and/or Langford Quality Systems for continuous improvement. A number of options are available for consideration and include orientation sessions, to building focused process training, to classroom application training, to focused instructional 8-step process design for improving student achievement results. Services are customized to meet the needs of the district/school.

Ashland University credit is optional.

What We Offer/Performance Promises:

  • Planning session(s) with district/school leadership to explore current status and examine options for implementing and/or supporting existing quality initiatives.
  • The development of a customized plan that includes training and on-site facilitation as districts/schools implement or enhance processes in quality practices.
  • On-site facilitation as determined by district/school leadership.
  • Assistance in developing an evaluation component to monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure full participation by staff and focused attention on raising student performance levels.

  • Develop an understanding of quality practices: seven categories of systems, eleven core values of excellence, six-step process for continuous improvement.
  • Develop awareness and skill in using quality tools for improving performance practices at all levels in the system.
  • Examine process for self-assessing/auditing current system functions.

  • Incorporate an 8-step instructional process into classroom/school practices that focuses on improving student performance.
