State Board of Education Fee Increase
The State Board of Education has increased fees for educator licenses effective March 1, 2008. Download a full explanation and breakdown of costs here.

If your 5 year license or 8 year certificate expires June 30, 2008, and you wish to avoid this cost increase, your renewal materials must be received by 4:30 p.m.
Feb. 28, 2008, by Patti Olson, LPDC recorder, at the ESC Central Office, 2080 Citygate Drive.

Additionally, if you still need to submit documents for CEU approval in order to earn the required 18 CEUs for renewal or transition to licensure, you will need to submit the following documents with your application and fee:
 
• The CEU Request form (available to download below) including your reflection and original certificate of attendance for each CEU request or
• Official Transcripts showing appropriate coursework taken since the issue date of your current certificate or license
