Customized District Leadership Professional Development

ESCFC consultants work with district leadership to design and deliver on-site professional development experiences that are aligned with district goals. A number of delivery models may be utilized in the customized design (i.e. book study, specific training programs, leadership skills development, adaptive schools processes, etc.). Different configurations may also be identified for targeted learning experiences (i.e. central office team, principals, directors, etc.). It is highly recommended that teams not exceed 12-15 members, and that monthly team meetings are scheduled for this experiences (2 ½ to 3 hours per session).

Ashland University credit is optional.
