Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Intervention Support Services


The goal of the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Intervention Support Service is to assist school personnel in providing interventions and instructional strategies that support students with autism, resulting in improved student achievement.

What We Offer/Performance Promises:

  • Assist teachers and staff in providing in a variety of researched-based instructional strategies that are designed to support students with ASD in the school environments.
  • Assist teachers and staff in the design, implementation and monitoring of intervention related to individual students or specific classrooms.
  • Provide customized training for staff in the area of ASD

  • Increase the capacity of teachers and staff to serve students with ASD in their classrooms.
  • Guide development of individual plans that are aligned with student IEPs.
  • Serving as an objective member of MFE and IEP teams.
