Administrative Searches/Services

The ESCFC offers Administrative Searches (in cooperation with OSBA where requested) and Services to school districts in Franklin County.

What We Offer/Performance Promises:

• Assist school districts in searching to fill administrative positions including Superintendents, Treasurers, Principals, Directors of Special Education, Curriculum Directors and other related administrative postions.
• Provide executive coaching for new or struggling administrators.
